HOTEL Bookings for Margaritaville Resort Orlando’s hotel are now open for January 2019. The 184-room hotel features high-end amenities including balconies in every room, four dining options, a lobby bar, spa, fitness center, kid’s club and more.

The hotel will immediately transport guests into a vacation state of mind as they will be greeted in the main lobby with floor-to-ceiling views of the lagoon pool, the sounds of the tropics and a welcome cocktail.

RETAIL SunSet Walk is expected to be the prime entertainment spot at Margaritaville Resort Orlando, with more than 25 dining, retail and entertainment options — including bars, restaurants, a dine-in movie theatre and more. All of the entertainment will be within walking distance from Mararitaville Resort Orlando’s hotel and cottages. (Note: Photo seen above is a rendering.)

A phased opening of select SunSet Walk entertainment is expected to begin in October, and will be open to the general public.

COTTAGES Approximately 170 new homes are currently under construction at Margaritaville Resort Orlando. The cottages vary in size (from one to eight bedrooms), and are available for purchase or for short rentals. Each cottage is designed to give guests a comfortable, vacation vibe, with furnishings by Ethan Allen and tropical decor.

Along with hotel guests, cottage guests (both owners and renters) will have access to the resort’s amenities and water park, which is expected to open in Spring 2019. The 14-acre water park will include more than 20 attractions and cutting-edge technology.
