MINILAND USA— the theme park’s miniature display of famous landmarks, built from more than 32 million LEGO bricks — will feature a brand new addition during opening weekend of Star Wars Days. ‘LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens MINILAND Model Display’ will spotlight memorable moments from Episode VII of the Star Wars saga.

Some of the 2,000 models on display stand six feet tall, enhanced with interactive lights, sound effects and animation.

“We are delighted to celebrate the installation of LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens MINILAND Model Display on May 4 just in time for three consecutive event weekends at the place built for kids,” said LEGOLAND Public Relations Executive Chloe Boehm. “An incredible amount of detail went into the creation of the giant LEGO model display, and we’re excited for guests to explore the newest addition.”
