Turn back the clock at the annual event for Junior Achievement of Central Florida, Prom Night.
Longhorn Steakhouse restaurant’s executive chef team will prepare an enticing menu of popular dishes for the Saturday, Jan. 28 event. It will raise funds to support the JA Academy for Leadership & Entrepreneurship and its mission to educate Central Florida’s future leaders.
The event is open to all guests over 21 years old and will take place at Heaven Event Center. Attendees will enjoy a night of dancing, entertainment, bidding in silent auctions and signature LongHorn Steakhouse food, including the all-new Smoked Sausage and Cheese Board, LongHorn Salmon, Cabernet Short Ribs and more.
Located at Oak Ridge High School, the JA Academy is an innovative magnet school in partnership with Orange County Public Schools that teaches students leadership and entrepreneurial skills through an integrated and challenging high school curriculum.

The event is from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Heaven Event Center 8240 Exchange Drive Orlando.
Tickets are available at http://events.jacentralfl.org/prom. Options include: individual tickets for $150 per person and the event package which includes limousine service for eight guests for $2,000.
The restaurant has announced new all-you-can-eat pasta specials starting from $11.99. It includes pasta, salad, breadsticks, soup and drinks.
The deal lasts until March 6 at area restaurants.
