You may have noticed that “#BeerIsBack” has been one of Twitter’s most trending hashtags in Central Florida as of late… And that’s for a very good reason.
Busch Gardens has gone back to its roots, with the return of free beer all summer long.
Guests are invited to receive two complimentary 7-ounce beers from the Garden Gate Café during each visit. Selections include populars and favorites such as Bud Light, Founders All Day IPA, M.I.A. 305, Miller Light, Shock Top and Yuengling. All beer selections are included in Busch Gardens theme park general admission.
The Tampa Bay theme park is tapping into the growing Tampa beer culture, too. Guests can now sign up to join the Busch Gardens Brew Club— an all-new beer stein program, featuring memberships that include a reserved Stein on display at the park. The membership also offers $5 refills from more than 20 on-tap brews through the end of the year.
The #BeerIsBack celebration kicked off on May 1, just in time for Cinco de Mayo weekend, and guests can continue enjoying free beer through Aug. 5. Participating guests must be 21 years of age or older, with valid identification.
The celebration will continue past August, as Busch Gardens presents its all-new Bier Fest event. More than 200 years of Oktoberfest will come to life each weekend, in partnership with Tampa Bay’s hottest beer culture. Weeknd events will run Aug. 25 through Sept. 16, including traditional German cuisine, festive music and a selection of 100 brews from local and global breweries.
Admission to the #BeerIsBack celebration and Bier Fest is included in Busch Gardens general theme park admission. One-day tickets to annual passes can be purchased in advance, or at the park. Right now, Florida residents can purchase an annual pass starting as low as $14 per month.
