Get your microphones ready. American Idol bus tour auditions are kicking off right here in Kissimmee.

ABC’s American Idol is gearing up for its second season (2018-19). This year’s judges include Luke Bryan, Katy Perry and Lionel Richie. Ryan Seacrest is expected to return as the show’s host.

To find its contestants, however, the singing competition series is touring the country by bus— making stops in more than 20 cities.

First stop: Kissimmee. The journey begins at Disney’s ESPN Wide World of Sports.

Though none of American Idol’s celebrity judges will be in attendance, ABC’s American Idol Season 1 winner Maddie Poppe, runner-up Caleb Lee Hutchinson and finalist Catie Turner will make special appearances throughout the day.

Singers must be at least 15 years old to audition for the show. Pre-registration is encouraged. Those wanting to audition may pre-register and find more details at AmericanIdol.com/Auditions.

Auditionists are encouraged to arrive at ESPN Wide World of Sports early. Parking is available as early as 4 a.m., on audition day. Overnight camping is not allowed. Day-of registration begins at 7 a.m.; auditions begin at 9 a.m.

ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort is located at 700 S. Victory Way, Kissimmee.

In addition to in-person auditions, singers can submit audition videos online at AmericanIdol.com/Auditions, or via social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or Musical.ly) by using the hashtag #TheNextIdol.
