The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office solved a string of burglary cases after nabbing three teenage suspects.

On Aug. 5, in response to recent increased vehicle burglaries, Sheriff’s Office detectives and deputies conducted specified operations to solve these burglaries. During the operation, the Aviation Unit observed three suspects, later identified as Luis Lorenzo, 15, Deven Berthely, 14, and George Blaise Cappello, 18, walking to several vehicles checking door handles to see if they were unlocked.

The juveniles were witnessed burglarizing six different vehicles, a Sheriff’ Office report stated. Once they were apprehended, the three suspects cooperated with detectives, which resulted in additional reported burglaries in the area being solved.
