St. Cloud Pee Wees go 8-0, win conference championship

The St. Cloud Youth Football Bulldog Junior Pee Wees were Mid-Florid Conference champions, and played for a regional title last week in Albany, Ga.

The St. Cloud Youth Football Bulldogs Junior Pee Wee team (ages 10-12) just completed an undefeated 8-0 season that included a Mid-Florida Conference championship and a trip last weekend Albany, Ga., to play in the Pop Warner regional championship.

In eight regular-season games, the Bulldogs were unscored on, shutting out opponents 240-0, including the Mid Florida Championship game, a 13-0 win over the South Central Tigers on Nov. 5.

The regional playoff game Saturday against the Titletown Titans out of Valdosta, Ga., the feeder program for the nationally-ranked Valdosta High School program, was scoreless until the fourth quarter, when Titletown won, 13-6.

Griffin, Chase Taylor, Alyx Keller, Raydon Rosario, Dylan Jones, Julian Nasco, Logan King, Talon Bing, Austin Henry, Damian Brooks, Jaylen Jean-Louis, Andrew Voltolina, Jared Frontanes, Jaiden Battle, Julien Goicoechea, Dominic Cammarasana, Tyler Green, Nicholas Irizarry, Levi Butler, Tommy Young, Shawn Eplin, Kevin Odiase, Gunner Holland, Clayton Williams, Gavin Booth, Daniel Morales, Darrick Nichol, Cameron Martin, Gregory Bohrer, Jediah Washington, A.J. Hoffman, Landon Millman and Leopold Blemke-Pray.

The coaching staff includes Head Coach Jason King, Dwayne Clark, Danny Goicoechea, David Holland, Ontei Jones, Mike Marcatos, Tony Nasco, Kyyiann Sippio and Team Mom April King.
