Sanchez joins Toho Water Authority’s Board of Supervisors

Toho Water Authority (Toho) welcomes Domingo Sanchez as its newest member of the Board of Supervisors. Sanchez was sworn in on October 11, 2017. Sanchez was appointed by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners.

Sanchez, born in Kissimmee, Florida has been a lifetime Osceola County resident.  He has been an entrepreneur in government affairs, land management, consulting, development and a brokerage business.

Sanchez has built three real estate businesses, Birdsong Housing Partners, NPSG Electric and Titan Management which have over one hundred real estate properties under management in just five years. His most recent project is the construction and development of a luxury apartment project in Champions Gate, FL.

Sanchez is an exceptional negotiator who has demonstrated the ability to lead a diversity of partners to successful and valued business transactions.  He has a proven aptitude to successfully analyze current government affairs, real estate market trends and values, as well as identify deficiencies and potential opportunities. While meeting with government officials, government staff, department heads, and clients, Sanchez has been the critical link to many successful transactions.

Throughout his career Sanchez has been active in the community by being a member of numerous boards. Sanchez is a board member of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, a position appointed by Governor Rick Scott. Representing Marco Rubio, he is a member of West Point Selection Committee. In the past he was part of the Osceola Regional Medical Center Board of Trustees and the Osceola County Affordable Housing Committee.

Toho is governed by a six-member board of supervisors responsible for approving all its operating policies and its $124 million operating budget. Toho was established for the sole purpose of providing regional stewardship over water resources in Osceola County. Board meetings are held on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month at 5:00 p.m. in the Boardroom at 951 Martin Luther King Blvd., Kissimmee, Florida 34741. The public is welcome to attend the meetings and address the board.
