CABAY – Raymond J. Cabay, 78, of Saint Cloud, FL passed away on May 6, 2015 at the St. Cloud Regional Medical Center. He was born on August 6, 1936 to Joseph and Adele Mary (Alberts) Cabay in Rockville, CT.
He was preceded in death by the love of his life, Sally L. Cabay, on May 27, 2013. Raymond is survived by his loving family; Sons, Timothy A. (Suzanne) Parks of Saint Cloud, FL, Thomas W. Parks of St. Petersburg, FL; 2 Granddaughters, Elizabeth S. Carlson of Saint Cloud, FL, Nicole L. Parks of St. Petersburg, FL ; Grandson, Ricky A. Parks of Saint Cloud, FL; and 6 great grandchildren. A memorial service for Raymond will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at his son Timothy’s house on 1901 Barco Ct., St. Cloud, FL 34769 beginning at 5:00 p.m.

CHOLLEY – Peggy Louise Cholley, 77, of Kissimmee, Florida passed away Friday, April 17, 2015. She was born in Senoia, Georgia, graduated from Griffin HS and Crawford Long School of Nursing in Atlanta. She learned to fly a plane and soloed but curtailed her flying passion to devote herself to her family and her career while raising 3 kids, one of which she tragically lost; she supported her husband’s flying career of 41 years as a loving, dedicated and loyal wife and life partner, while holding the many titles of ICU nurse, ER supervisor, flight nurse; Mariner’s Hospital Employee of the Year; Environmentalist, CPR instructor; certified scrubjay bander; Disney Nature Conservancy Wilderness tour guide and most importantly wife, mother and grandmother. She moved to Kissimmee in 2000 from the Florida Keys to be near her grandkids. Peggy was a Member of the Kissimmee Valley Audubon Society. She received the Jefferson Award by the Nature Conservancy for community service. Peggy was also a volunteer for 15 years at the Epcot annual flower and garden show, rainbird venue. She loved to travel and made it to some pretty exotic places, like Africa, Morocco, Europe, Mexico and China. She wanted to see the world and that she did! She loved scuba diving, spoiling her grandkids, gardening, her beloved scrubjays and any other wildlife that moved on earth. She had an awesome connection to them and it was mutual. So many of her chirpy friends still come to her kitchen window every morning. They are missing her, as we all will.
Peggy is survived by her husband Dennis P. Cholley of Kissimmee, Florida; son: Kurt Cholley of Miami, Florida; daughter: Krista Kelly, of Ocoee, Florida; brother: Frank Garner (Jane) of Newnan, Georgia; 2 grandchildren: Jessica and Alexis Neusch.
There will be a Celebration of Life for Peggy L. Cholley on Friday, May 15, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Kissimmee Valley Audubon Society, P.O. Box 420115, Kissimmee, Florida 34742.

GROVES – Mary Hopkins “Betty”, 79, of Kissimmee, passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2015 with her loving family by her side. A member of a Pioneer Osceola County Family, Betty was born in Kissimmee the daughter of Earl Hopkins and Lorena Tindall Hopkins and was a lifelong Osceola County resident. She was a retired Food Service Manager, serving almost 30 years with the Osceola County School System and was a member of the Church Of God, St. Cloud.
Survivors include her daughter: Cherie A. Groves of Kissimmee; two sons: Wayne E. Groves and David N. Groves, both of Kissimmee; grandchildren: Jason A. Groves of North Carolina, Joseph M. Groves and Sandra Persons both of Kissimmee; great-grandchildren: Sara Groves, Emma Groves and Jacob Persons all of Kissimmee.
Family will receive friends on Monday, May 11, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Roger C. Thompson Memorial Chapel at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home, Kissimmee. There will be no formal services.
