Cold front to bring brisk autumn weather rest of this week

Who is ready for some fall, and borderline winter, weather?

Osceolans, find your hoodies! (And long pants and close-toed shoes, while you're at it.)

The most robust cold front of the season thus far will move through the area in after midnight and in the early morning hours Wednesday.

Today (Tuesday), expect much of the same as the last few days: highs in the 80s with partly cloudy skies and a breeze out of the south. The rain will start overnight and last through about 8 a.m. Wednesday, meaning the morning drive could be a bit wet with slick roads, so take good care on the morning drive.

After that, a northerly breeze moves in Wednesday afternoon, and the season changes; at least for now. While sunny, the high Wednesday will struggle to reach 70, and lows Wednesday through Friday night will be in the upper 40s in our area, with highs on Thursday and Friday in the mid to upper 60s. Don't say we didn't warn you!
