UPDATE: The Florida Lottery is reporting that a winning ticket in Wednesday's Florida Lotto drawing, worth $20.5 million, was sold in Kissimmee, at the Murphy USA gas station adjacent to Wal-Mart on Vineland Road near Osceola Parkway.
The winning numbers were 10-11-14-17-39-49.
A lottery player, possibly from St. Cloud, is walking around with a ticket worth $1,000 per day for life.
Per the Florida Lottery, the winning Cash 4 Life ticket for the Monday, Aug. 5 drawing was sold at the Publix at the Center of St. Cloud shopping center on 13th Street — the one by the St. Cloud Police Department and Chipotle.
The winning numbers, chosen by hand and not as a Quick Pick according to lottery officials, were 8-25-33-38-46 and the green Cash Ball of 2. The drawings are held nightly at 9 p.m.
The prize is in either yearly installments of $365,000 or a one-time lump sum payment of $7 million.
Winners have 180 days to claim the prize, so by Feb. 5 this prize could go by the wayside. So check your tickets, St. Cloud lottery players!
