A St. Cloud suspect wanted for shooting and killing a man on Sunday was found dead in a Kissimmee home after turning a gun on himself, authorities said.
The suspect, 49-year-old Rafael Antonio Perdomo Primera, was found dead in a Kissimmee home after Osceola County law enforcement officials swarmed around it on Tuesday, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office. Primera shot himself, authorities said.
Sheriff’s Office deputies had blocked off a section of near Donegan Avenue near Donjay Avenue on Tuesday afternoon.
The homicide occurred at about 3:25 p.m., on Sunday. St. Cloud Police Department officers responded to the Sugar Mill Mobile Home Park after receiving a shooting report. The caller said that that two individuals had been shot and were laying on the ground. Upon arrival, officers found a male and female victim who had suffered multiple gunshot wounds, a St. Cloud police report stated.
The victims were identified as Primera’s wife and a man she was in a relationship with, according to media reports. Primera and his wife were in the middle of a divorce. Officers began administering first aid on both individuals, however, the man died on scene. Primera’s wife was listed in critical condition at a local hospital
