A 47-year-old Kenansville woman was killed when her SUV overturned into a ditch on southbound Canoe Creek Road late Saturday night, Florida Highway Patrol reports.
According to a crash report, it occurred on Canoe Creek Road near Sunset Ranch Road, near Lake Marian and south of Three Lakes Wildlife Management Area. FHP said the Jeep Cherokee traveled off the right side of the road for an unknown reason and was discovered around 11:25 p.m Saturday. The driver, who FHP says was wearing her seat belt, was pronounced deceased on scene.
The crash remains under investigation, FHP says.
