The Kissimmee Police Department has charged a man with homicide after a dead male was found on March 14.
Police detectives charged Angel Luis Olmeda-Rivera with murder. On March 14 at approximately 8:40 a.m., officers responded to the 400 block of Donegan Avenue in reference to a deceased male. Detectives treated the case as a homicide investigation because there were obvious signs of trauma to the body, according to a police department press release.
Olmeda-Rivera is already in the Osceola County Jail on burglary charges. The victim in the homicide
case has been identified, but detectives did not release his name because his family has not been notified, police officials said.
Around the time of the homicide, Olmeda-Rivera had a brief interaction with two separate unknown males. Police detectives
want to talk with these two potential witnesses. Anyone with information about these two individuals is urged to contact the Kissimmee Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit at 407-846-3333, by email at email@example.com or Crimeline at
1-800-423-TIPS. Calls made to Crimeline remain anonymous and can be eligible for cash rewards.
