College honors for local scholars

Here is a list of achievements by Osceola County college students from institutions out of the area, as reported by Merit Pages News:

University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) graduated more than 3,200 students worldwide in the summer 2024 term,including:

Deion Pelaez-Ocasio (Associate of Arts), Eduardo Morales (Bachelor of Science in General Studies), Sony Zetrenne (Associate of Arts) and Nicole Matos-Torres (Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies) of Kissimmee;

Gage Eich (Master of Science in Cloud Computing Systems) of St. Cloud;

Kristin Maldeis (Bachelor of Science in Investigative Forensics) of Davenport.
