Clerk of Court to marry couples for free on Feb. 14

On Thursday, Feb. 14, the Osceola County Clerk of Court Armando Ramírez will host the seventh annual Valentine Wedding Event at the Osceola County Historic Courthouse, 3 Courthouse Square, Kissimmee.

On Valentine’s Day, the Osceola County Clerk of Court’s office will be all heart.

On Thursday, Feb. 14, the Osceola County Clerk of Court Armando Ramírez will host the seventh annual Valentine Wedding Event at the Osceola County Historic Courthouse, 3 Courthouse Square, Kissimmee.

The first 40 pre-registered couples will enjoy a free marriage ceremony performed by Ramírez.

In order to accommodate language preference, Ramírez will perform a ceremony in English and another in Spanish. The English ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. and the Spanish ceremony will be held at 2 p.m.

Proper registration includes completion of the license application process and payment of applicable license fees no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 8. The $30 marriage ceremony fee will be waived for the participating couples. A reception with wedding cake will be provided immediately following each ceremony.
