Kissimmee’s Lakefront Park was filled with Japanese culture on Sunday thanks to the Orlando Japan Festival. The Japan Association of Orlando was expecting 5,000 to 6,000 visitors as it was well attended. There were many performances and demonstrations throughout the day from dancers to traditional Japanese drummers and martial arts. The festival had 52 booths, Japanese games for children, calligraphy, arts and crafts, Japanese anime and a costume contest.
