LEGO Movie Days getting ready to kick off

The Lego Movie Days celebration is getting ready for kick off.

The LEGO Movie Days celebration at LEGOLAND is getting ready for kick-off. The party happening on select weekends is set to be full of family fun with new character experiences, themed dance parties and new LEGO builds.

Guests can experience a “theater to theme park” experience walking the streets of Bricksburg in the new area of the park — THE LEGO MOVIE WORLD — which opened earlier this year. After all, it’s the best place to be if you’re a fan of Emmet, Lucy, Unikitty and Benny.

But what about Rex Dangervest, you ask? The alter-ego of Emmet will be available for meet-and-greets and photo opportunities during The LEGO Movie Days only.

Another exclusive experience is the Glitter and Glow Dance Party — where kids and adults can show off their best dance moves in a high-energy party.

Interactive fun includes the chance to build a giant LEGO mosaic, and scavenger hunts (“Find Emmet’s Friends” and “Search for Hearts and Stars”) inside of THE LEGO MOVIE WORLD and MINILAND USA.

There will also be a special menu for this event — featuring a selection of Disco Drop Doughnut, Choco Dip Banana “Slip,” Caramel Banana Dessert Pizza and Cloud Cuckoo Land Ice Cream Swirl.

Event weekends include July 13-14, 20-21, 27-28 and Aug. 3-4. Admission to The LEGO Movie Days is included in general LEGOLAND admission, or with an annual pass.

THIS WEEKEND ONLY

This weekend only, guests of LEGOLAND can enjoy Red, White and Boom.

Celebrate America’s Independence at LEGOLAND with fireworks over Lake Eloise. Guests can also have the chance to help create a giant American flag made from thousands of LEGO bricks.

The events are happening today through Saturday.
