KUA's Movie in the Park returns Friday with ‘Despicable Me 4’

It's the first Friday of the month during the fall, and the weather's expected to be nice ... it means it's time to catch a Movie in the Park at the Kissimmee Lakefront!

Kissimmee Utility Authority, in partnership with the City of Kissimmee, will host a showing of “Despicable Me 4 ,” shown on a giant 50-foot screen, starting at sunset. Participants are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket. The fun and activities began at 5:30 p.m. with KUA’s inflatable Kids Power Zone, craft station, photo booth, free popcorn, and prize giveaways. Children participating in inflatable activities must be accompanied by an adult to sign a waiver. To sign the waiver ahead of time, visit kua.com/waiver. Onsite food trucks will also be available, and attendees can also learn how to lower their monthly electric bills and can receive on-site energy audits by visiting the KUA Green Team at the utility’s new SunCatcher Solar Energy Trailer.

The free annual Move in the Park event is held on the first Friday of every month, beginning October through March.
