Harmony got clutch relief pitching from freshman Sam Allen, who threw 5 1/3 innings of six-hit ball, and Omar Villamon struck out the side in the seventh to earn the save as the Longhorns captured the 7A-6 district baseball championship, 7-6, over arch-rival St. Cloud Thursday at Chisholm Field.

No one was better at 238 pounds than Austin Ocasio at the Class 2A state weightlifting meet at the Kissimmee Civic Center Friday.

Ocasio, a St. Cloud High senior, muscled up 730 pounds total to claim his first state championship after placing third last year.
