A St. Cloud woman was arrested and charged with scheme to defraud after authorities said she stole thousands from her niece’s college trust fund.

Osceola County Sheriff's Office detectives arrested Jolene Mae Wilson, 53, of 9059 Salem Road, St. Cloud.

A St. Cloud daycare owner was arrested Wednesday for allegedly sexually abusing an underage female relative that did not attend the preschool.

James Ferguson, 73, was arrested by members of the St. Cloud Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Unit for allegedly molesting a 13-year-old girl who resided in his St. Cloud home.

Several roads were closed in St. Cloud Friday afternoon when longtime St. Cloud High tennis coach Dallas G. Kelsey struck a St. Cloud Police Department patrol car with his vehicle then fled the scene while the officer was responding to another emergency, Sgt. Denise Roberts said in a report.
