There are many new faces on the football field for high school spring practice, and some of them are head coaches.

Teams in Osceola County and throughout Florida began spring drills Wednesday. Today is the first day contact is permitted.

The Parkway Middle School Pirates completed an unbeaten season (8-0) by capturing the Osceola County Middle School Athletic Conference flag football championship against the  Denn John Dragons, 16-13, last week at Osceola High.
