Writer The inaugural YMCA Charity Golf Tournament to benefit the Helping Others campaign of the Poinciana Family YMCA will be Saturday, April 18, at the Stonegate Golf Club.

The following classes are hosted by the University of Florida/Osceola County Extension Services office and are free unless stated otherwise.

Armando Ramirez, Osceola County clerk of court, will host a group wedding ceremony at the Historic Osceola County Courthouse in Kissimmee on Valentine’s Day, Thursday, Feb. 14.

The city of Kissimmee was recognized by Get Active Orlando as a 2012 Healthy Workplace at the third annual Healthy Workplace awards at Florida Hospital.

The Knights of Columbus, Council 6624, St. Cloud-Kissimmee, has established the Joseph Kroskosz Scholarship for deserving students. The scholarship will be awarded in the amount of $1,000 for one academic year.
