BeauchampRalphBEAUCHAMP - Ralph H. Beauchamp, 87, winter resident of St.Cloud for over
40 years, died Wednesday, August 24, 2011 in Salisbury, Maryland after a fall at his summer home in Snow Hill, MD. Born Jan. 10, 1924 in Cokesbury, MD, he was a son of the late Herbert C. and Mary (Cowger) Beauchamp.
Ralph graduated from Washington High School and served four years in the Merchant Marines. A longtime member of the Cokesbury, MD Methodist Church, he had served as a church superintendent and Sunday school teacher. Ralph farmed from 1948 to 1985 and served as a member of the Board of Directors at Marva Farm Credit for 12 years, was a life member of the Pocomoke, MD Elks Lodge 1624, a member of the American Legion Post 93 and the Westover, MD Moose Lodge. He and his wife Jean (Hancock), enjoyed world travel and his hobbies included collecting John Deere Memorabilia, classic cars, antique clocks and dancing.
He is survived by wife, Jean; five sons, R. Edward Beauchamp (Joyce) of Salisbury, MD, M. Bruce Bearchamp of Princess Anne, MD, Gary A. Beauchamp (Donna) of Pocomoke City, MD, Robert M. Beauchamp of St.Cloud, FL and James B. Beauchamp of Pocomoke City: one sister, Ruth Bradford (Harry) of Snow Hill, MD; one sister-in-law, Ethel Beauchamp of Pocomoke, City, MD and five grandsons, seven grand-daughters, 11 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Ralph was well known in St.Cloud, living on Maryland Avenue during the winter months. He was an avid classic car fan, attending shows weekly and was always ready to share a joke or tell you a story. Ralph spent many hours a week, during the winters, helping his son, Bob, at the clock shop on New York Avenue. Ralph and Jean participated with the Elks and the American Legion while wintering in St.Cloud, frequently “dancing the night away” at the Elks.
An Elks Memorial Service and funeral for Ralph was held on Monday, August 29th. at Holloway Funeral Home in Pocomoke City. Ralph received full military honors at his interment at the First Baptist cemetery in Pocomoke City.

KittleJackieKITTLE - Mr. Jackie Desmond Kittle, 77, of St. Cloud, FL passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at the Country Side Health Care Center in Palm Harbor, FL. He was the husband of Bobbie (Roberts) Kittle. Jackie was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia on September 27, 1933, the son of the late Monzel and Mabel (Probst) Kittle. He served in the US Navy in the Korean War.
Jackie is survived by a daughter, Charlotte Marie (Daryl) Bass of St. Cloud, FL; a son, Jackie D. ( Zina) Kittle, II of Columbus, OH; 4 grandchildren & 6 great grandchildren. Jackie is also survived by three sisters, Ramona Shaffer of St. Cloud, FL, Roberta Wine of Cumberland, MD, Martha Dulak of Utica, NY, and a brother, Alfred (Bonnie) Kittle of Fairbanks, Alaska.
A graveside service will be conducted on Friday September 9, 2011 beginning at 1:30 p.m. at Osceola Memory Gardens Cemetery in Kissimmee with Pastor David Arnold officiating.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Osceola Memory Gardens in St. Cloud.
