Osceola scored three times in the bottom of the fourth inning and held on to beat Lakeland George Jenkins, 3-2, Tuesday at Coffey Field in the Class 5A regional softball quarterfinals.

Osceola, 24-5, travels to Bartow, 25-1, Friday at 7 p.m. for the semifinal round. Bartow beat Lake Wales by mercy rule, 19-0, Tuesday.

Alexa Ballard, Carmen Nadal and Jessica Callahan drove in runs for Osceola. Kenya Pereira earned the win and Sasha Mendez picked up a save for three innings of relief.
