Rollins hoops camp

Former NBA player Wayne “Tree” Rollins will host a spring break basketball camp at the Kissimmee Civic Center sponsored by the city of Kissimmee Parks and Recreation Department Tuesday through Friday.

The camp is for children ages 5 through 18.

Fee for the skills camp, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., is $50. After camp care, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., is $60.

The fee includes a T-shirt, lunch, snacks and autographed memorabilia.

Contestants will be grouped by age and ability.

Storm tennis

The Celebration tennis teams played Eau Gallie Thursday.

The boys team lost 2-5. The Storm won No. 1 singles with Tyler Young (6-0, 7-5) and No. 1 doubles with Young and Richard Cruz (8-3).

The girls lost 3-4. The Storm won at No. 1 singles with Anu Gupta (9-7), Lexi Stephan (8-1) and No. 2 doubles with Stephan and Kelsey Scurlock (8-5). Maria Caicedo lost No. 4 singles in a tiebreaker, 8-9.

Stephan (11-0) is perfect in singles this season. The Storm boys are 5-7 overall, the Lady Storm are 5-6. Both teams are unbeaten in the Orange Belt Conference.

Attack wrestling

The Attack Wrestling Club meets Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Osceola High gym.

Wrestlers of all ages are welcome. The club competes at USA Wrestling tournaments throughout the Southeast.

SC wrestling

The Soldier City Wrestling Club for children ages 6-18 meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the St. Cloud High gym.

The fee is $60, which includes a USA Wrestling card, insurance, T-shirt and shorts. The club concludes its season June 30.

Poinciana Hoops

Poinciana Hoops is accepting registration for its recreational program which plays Saturdays at Poinciana High School.

Children ages 3-19 are eligible.

Celebration golf

The Celebration High School football program will host the inaugural Storm Golf Tournament April 30 at Celebration Golf Club at 8 a.m. Proceeds will be used to purchase needed equipment.

The four-man, shotgun-start event is $150 per player and includes a pairings party with dinner April 29, all fees, lunch, a pro shop coupon and a free wedge. Hole and event sponsors, as well as sponsorships for the 2011 football season, also are available.

Falcon’s Fire golf

Falcon’s Fire Golf Club is offering its “Hat’s Off” promotion through March 31.

Golfers wearing their favorite team’s baseball hat will receive a special rate of $99 for greens fees between 7 and 8 a.m. Book a tee time by calling 407-239-5445
