During the 51st Miss Silver Spurs Pageant Monday night, Sheila Shirah,left, of St. Cloud, was crowned as Miss Silver Spurs and Caitlin Harris, 10, right, also of St. Cloud, was chosen as the new Little Miss Silver Spurs. Shirah also earned the Bill Chapman Horsemanship Award, the most elite award vied for by the contestants.  Both Shirah and Harris will promote rodeo and Osceola County over the next year during their reigns as Miss and Little Miss Silver Spurs. The Rodeo of Champions continues tonight and Sunday afternoon at the Silver Spurs Arena in Kissimmee.
