Parker

Osceola County Sheriff’s Office deputies have arrested Carlus Lamar Parker, 36, of 3558 Valleyview Drive, Kissimmee, and charged him with unoccupied burglary, battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting without violence.

On Tuesday at 1:37 p.m., deputies responded to Valley View Drive and Northwood in the Bellalago subdivision and upon arrival, they located a man, later identified as Parker, bleeding and disoriented walking in the street.

Parker told deputies he lived in the area, but was unable to provide an address. As deputies questioned Parker, he attempted to flee. At one point, police said, Parker pushed a deputy and was restrained before being placed back into custody. Parker was taken to Osceola Regional Medical Center because he appeared to have taken drugs but was unable to give deputies any details.

As deputies were canvassing the neighborhood they located a residence at 3636 Weatherfield Drive that had been burglarized. A blood trail from the home led to the area where deputies found Parker. Based on the information, Parker was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail.
