Tickets are now on sale for the 126th Silver Spurs Rodeo of Champions, set for Feb. 18-20 at the Silver Spurs Arena at Osceola Heritage Park in Kissimmee.
Hundreds of top rodeo professionals are gearing up for all of the traditional rodeo events; with action getting under way on Friday at 7:30 p.m., Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m.

“The rodeo is the original extreme sport that will be sure to keep fans on the edge of their seats. Events such as bull riding, steer wrestling, saddle bronc riding, bareback riding and barrel racing, along with crowd-pleasing cowboy clowns, will all take place,” Wendi Jeannin, rodeo spokeswoman, said.
Seats are available for all three rodeo events Ticket prices are $15 per person and children 10 and under are free when accompanied by a paying adult.  Tickets can be bought in advance by calling 407-67RODEO or log onto www.thesilver
spursrodeo.com.
During Friday night’s performance, the Silver Spurs will give support to cancer research through a program called Tough Enough to Wear Pink. Rodeo fans and participants are encouraged to wear pink to show their support and a portion of the evening’s proceeds will benefit Florida Hospital.
Rodeo fans can enjoy some exciting rides for themselves after the rodeo at the annual Osceola County Fair, going on right next door to the Silver Spurs Rodeo. The fair features amusement rides and games for all ages. Receive free admission to the fair with the purchase of a rodeo ticket.
“Rodeo weekend is a longtime tradition in Osceola County; some may consider it a national holiday, as Friday, Feb. 18, is Rodeo Day for the public schools, and students enjoy the day off to celebrate the return of the area’s largest professional rodeo,” Jeannin said.
