Osceola County Sheriff’s Office detectives have arrested two Kissimmee residents for their involvement in an armed robbery Dec. 27 on Woodland Creek Boulevard, Kissimmee.

Mark Besham Nankishore, 18, of 2861 Boating Blvd., and Joshua Oneil Singh, 28, of 368 Fox Glen Loop, were charged with robbery with a firearm, aggravated battery, grand theft and aggravated child abuse.

The investigation began Dec. 27 at approximately 12:50 a.m. when deputies responded to 663 Woodland Creek Blvd., in Kissimmee. Upon arrival, deputies spoke with the 16-year-old victim, who said he was walking home when a truck pulled up next to him. Two suspects exited the vehicle and began striking him in the head with a chrome revolver.

Both suspects reportedly kicked and punched the victim multiple times, which broke his nose and caused injuries to his head. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital and treated for his injuries. The suspects also took personal items, including electronics, before leaving the area.

On Dec. 28, detectives were able to locate Nankishore at his residence. He was booked into the Osceola County Jail. Singh was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail on Dec. 29.
