The Central Florida Athletic Association Chargers Juniors won the Mid-Florida Conference Super Bowl over the Charles Park Rattlers, 12-7.

The Central Florida Athletic Association Chargers Juniors team (ages 11-12) completed a 12-1 season recently with a 12-7 win over the Charles Park Rattlers in the Mid-Florida Conference Super Bowl at West Orange High.

Running back Laderrien Wilson was the game MVP and was league Player of the Year for the Juniors.

The Chargers’ flag (ages 5-6) and Mighty Mites (7-8) also qualified for the Super Bowl, and the Juniors’ cheerleading team won its conference title.

Team members include Wilson, Isaiah Wilson, Tayshon Pinellas, Marcus Jackson, Kristian Salgado,  Timothy Weston, Richard O’Connor, Patrick Laster, Tyler Chiappone,  Markkenzy Pierre, Trevaughn Packer, Devuntaye Montgomery, Steven Edwards Jr., Joshua Langdale, Steven Schefstad, Brian McCoy Jr., Lemuel Mora, Cameron Rampersaud, Gabriel Sosa, Chayse Gray, Isaiah Black, Andres Osorio, Brandon Ramkissoom, Trent Raeburn, Samy Benkirane, Naaamen Hooker, Kamron Sandifer and Andra Clarida.

Head Coach Paul Knight is assisted by coaches John Black, Fulton Montgomery,  Kamil Darouze, Ricky Chavarria and Rico Barnes.
