The Kissimmee Police Department is seeking information on a silver Jeep that may have been involved in a hit-and-run at approximately 2:30 a.m. Dec. 3 on Orange Avenue and Columbia Avenue.

According to KPD, Lorenzo Tzep, of Kissimmee, was struck by a vehicle and airlifted to a local hospital, where he was listed in critical but stable condition as of Tuesday.

A 911 caller described the vehicle as a silver Jeep that was traveling east on Columbia Avenue toward John Young Parkway, however, it is unclear what type of damage the vehicle may have sustained in the crash.

“We don’t know what part of the Jeep hit him,” Stacie Miller, public information officer for KPD, said.

Miller said the victim lived in the area where the incident occurred.

Detectives are asking anyone, regardless of legal status, to come forward with information on the victim, the Jeep or the incident by calling the Kissimmee Police Department’s Traffic Unit at 407-846-3333, by e-mail at seeitsayit@kissimmee.org or Crimeline at 1-800-432-TIPS (8477).
