Nov. 20 marked the fourth anniversary of a double homicide at the Willows Apartments.

On Nov. 20, 2006, at approximately 4:45 a.m., the two victims, Alejandro Rivera and Hector Santiago, were confronted by three or four Hispanic males in the parking lot of the Willows Apartment Complex at 1640 W. Carroll St. in Kissimmee. The suspects, described as being in their late teens to mid-20s, robbed the victims before shooting them multiple times. The suspects then reportedly fled in a small, light-colored vehicle with black bumpers, estimated to be a 1985-1990 style.

The Kissimmee Police De-partment’s Major Crimes Unit is asking anyone with any information to contact the department at 407-846-3333, by e-mail at seeitsayit@kissimmee.org or Crimeline at 1-800-423-TIPS (8477). Calls made to Crimeline remain anonymous and tips to Crimeline that lead to the felony arrest of a suspect are eligible for cash rewards of up to $5,000 dollars in this case.
