The Purchasing Departments of the Osceola School District and Osceola County will host a joint training session on how to improve proposal submittals for solicitations issued by the district and County Thursday, Dec. 2, from 4 to 5 p.m. in the Media and Instructional Technology Department Training Room #2, 817 Bill Beck Blvd. (Building 2000) in Kissimmee.
