The Osceola Clerk's Office Manager of the Month for November is Shannon Richards.
Richards has been employed with the Clerk’s Office for the past 12 years. According to a Clerk's Office press release, Richards is an extremely dedicated employee and a tremendously positive example to her staff. She treats her staff with the utmost respect and always offers encouragement. She always takes on additional duties with a smile and a “can do” attitude. She is extremely knowledgeable and always works diligently to answer any questions or find solutions to problems that may arise in the department. Richards strongly displays the teamwork necessary in her department to get the job done. She is a true asset to the management team of the Clerk’s Office and a great example for others to follow, the release said.
The Osceola Clerk's Office Employee of the Month for November is Samantha Lemons. Lemons has been with the Clerk’s office for three years and works in the Juvenile Division as a court clerk. She always puts forth a positive attitude while giving 100 percent to her job and her co-workers, a Clerk's Office press release stated. Lemons has an outstanding work ethic, she is always looking for ways to help others and looks for ways to improve our office procedures. Her co-workers describe her as reliable, respectful, responsible, focused, professional and dedicated, according to the press release. Lemons is a positive force, not only in her department, but also for the entire Clerk’s Office.
