The investigation began Oct. 19 when deputies responded to 5770 W. U.S. Highway 192 in reference to an armed robbery. Upon arrival, deputies spoke with the victims who reported that they were walking behind Old Town when they were approached by the suspects, who demanded money at gunpoint, Sheriff’s Office reports said. The suspects fled the area with victims’ personal items.
Based on information detectives received several days later, the suspects were located in the area and arrested. Parker, Hayward and Vega were booked into the Osceola County Jail. Perez, who was a juvenile at the time of the incident, was booked into the Osceola County Juvenile Detention Center.
