The Truth Matters third-party mailer mentioned in a recent editorial relating to the Florida House district 79 race was directed toward Thomas Chalifoux Jr., not Mike Horner. Also, Chalifoux now says his lawsuit over the mailer is only against Truth Matters and does not include Horner.
