    Osceola County Sheriff’s Office detectives arrested a Kissimmee man for allegedly stealing over $80,000 in scratch-off lottery tickets. Mark Joseph Wright, 42, from Kissimmee, was charged with grand theft. Detectives began to investigate Wright on Aug. 19 when the former owner of a Chevron gas station on East Osceola Parkway contacted the Property Crimes East Unit about Florida Lottery calling him about possible stolen lottery tickets.
