Shooting suspect identified Police News Wednesday, 03 November 2010 12:55 Chappell Kissimmee detectives have identified 38-year-old Anthony “Kooda” Chappell, of Kissimmee, as the suspect in the shooting Saturday in the 300 block of Dixon Street, Kissimmee. An arrest warrant for Chappell has been obtained, charging him with attempted murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The victim of the shooting on Monday was in the hospital and listed in critical but stable condition.
