St. Cloud (42) finished 12th.

Titusville (364.5) won the girls championship. Harmony (184) was sixth and St. Cloud (86) placed 11th.

The Longhorn boys won all three relays to win their fourth district championship in seven seasons.

The winning relays were, 400 freestyle (3:25.15): Tyler Cunningham, Mitchell Mungall, John Roberts, Luke Roberts; Medley relay (1:46.62): Cunningham, Brandon Graber, Justin Kennedy, Jesse Tetreault;  200 free (1:35.02): Jesse, John Roberts, Sam Steele, Luke Roberts.

“It was a total team win,” Horns Coach Terry Brown said.

As an example, the coach said, Brice Howard, seeded 16th at 50 meters, moved up nine spots to secure seventh place and helped the team score 57 points in that event.

“We are honored to coach this outstanding group of guys, and can’t wait to see what they can accomplish at (the 2A-2) regionals (Friday at the Orlando YMCA),” Brown said.

Also qualifying for the regionals are divers Larry McVicker, Logan Tindall and Christian Smith.

Osceola and Gateway competed Friday at the 3A-3 district meet.
