Carol Felton Mobley, has been appointed Osceola County School District’s coordinator of school improvement for turnaround schools, effective Oct. 11.
Mobley began her career in Manatee County schools in 1994. She has served as an alternative education teacher in Manatee County schools 1994-95); a seventh- and eighth- grade teacher in Hillsborough County schools 1995-2000); an assistant principal (2000-04), a principal (2004-07), a school relations specialist in 2008, and currently serves as a consultant in Manatee County schools from 2009.
Mobley earned her bachelor’s degree in health education from Florida State University and her master’s degree in educational leadership from Nova-Southeastern University.
