Mayda Gibson
The Osceola County Clerk of Court’s Office employee of the month for October is Mayda Gibson.
Gibson has been employed at the Clerk’s Office for a little over a year. She got her start in the felony division phone room and after that she went to the civil department. The one constant for Gibson is her excellent customer service skills, according to a Clerk’s Office press release. She has a way of making each person think and feel they are special. Gibson goes above and beyond to ensure our customers are satisfied with their visit to the Clerk’s Office. She exhibits a positive attitude and can usually be found with a song or a dance to fit any situation; which keep her co-workers laughing and in good spirits, the press release stated.
Tina Weiss
The Osceola Clerk’s Office manager of the month for October is Tina Weiss.
Weiss has been em-ployed with the Clerk’s Office for the last four years. Tina is an extremely dedicated employee and a great example to her staff, according to a Clerk’s Office press release. She treats her staff with the utmost respect.
Her demeanor and the way that she interacts with them keep the atmosphere of the cashier department very positive – even with the stressfulness of their jobs. She is very knowledgeable and always available in any situation that arises, or any questions that her staff may have, as well as answering questions that any other department may have.
It is for these and many other reasons that Weiss was recognized as manager of the month.
