Osceola County Sheriff's Office deputies Sept. 28 responded to Sterling Motorworks Corporation, 550 E. Donegan Ave., Kissimmee, and upon arrival spoke with the property owner who said he was working late in his office when he heard a loud crash outside.

The owner said he looked out the window and saw his fence was damaged and a dump truck pulling out of the property. Deputies in the area observed a dump truck traveling west on Osceola Parkway. They attempted to make contact with the driver when he jumped out of the truck and fled.

The driver, who was later identified as Robin Echevarria-Fermaint, 31, of Orlando, was located near the area. He was arrested and charged with unoccupied business burglary, unoccupied conveyance burglary, grand theft auto, two counts of criminal mischief, resisting arrest without violence, violation of probation (previous Orange County fleeing and eluding) and driving while license was suspended. He was booked into the Osceola County Jail.
