St. Cloud Council to meet once in November, once in December Around Osceola Wednesday, 29 September 2010 00:00 St. Cloud City Council adopted Resolution No. 2010-167R during a regular meeting Sept. 23 to set one City Council meeting date for November and one City Council meeting date for December. With the adoption of the resolution, the November council meeting date will be Nov. 18 and the December council meeting date will be Dec. 9. City Council meetings are normally held the second and fourth Thursday each month at City Hall.
