The Osceola County Clerk of Court Office Employee of the Month for September is Elizabeth Frometa.
According to an office press release, Frometa
has been employed at the Clerk's Office since October 2001. Most of her time is spent solving collection court problems. In doing this, Frometa's customer service skills are put to the test.
According to the press release, she handles an enormous amount of calls on a daily basis, and handles all of them with respect, professionalism and tact, the press release stated. She is always willing to help others and is called on regularly to help interpret for other departments, either by phone or in person. She is dependable, efficient, focused, accountable and always shows a positive attitude, the press release stated.
The Clerk’s Office Manager of the Month for September is Debbie Fertic.
Fertic has been employed with the clerk’s office for the last 12 years.
She has been a wealth of knowledge during the difficult transition to Court-view, an office press release stated. During the implementation, she made herself available to assist the staff in all areas.
According to the press release, she is constantly striving to make her department a shining beacon to the rest of the county clerk’s office.
She has taken the initiative to implement ideas that she has learned to improve the morale and teamwork in her department and strives to improve the morale of the office as a whole by being a lead person on the employee of the month committee, the press release stated.
