City of St. Cloud participates in Discover Osceola 2010

The city of St. Cloud will be participating in this year’s Discover Osceola event Sept. 16 from 4 to 8 p.m., at Osceola Heritage Park, Kissimmee. The event is coordinated by various community organizations, via Community Vision.
The city is inviting residents to attend the event and to stop by the city’s booth areas to learn more about the city, building department, fire rescue, human resources, planning and zoning, police department, public information office, public services, parks and recreation, chamber of commerce and the UCF Business Incubator-St. Cloud.
This year’s theme is “Welcome Home to a Community of a Lifetime” and the event includes free parking, admission, snacks and refreshments, door prizes, informative exhibits, hands-on activities, health screenings and interactive giveaways.
