Wiley has been employed with the clerk’s office for the last 16 years. According to a county press release, she is a wealth of knowledge for all tax deed transactions. Wiley always displays professionalism and courtesy when dealing with clients on either side of the tax deed transaction. The compassion she displays to those who may be experiencing an unwanted sale is a quality that goes unmatched, the press release stated. She portrays great leadership skills within her department and is constantly thinking of ways to improve service to the public as well as the efficiency within the office. Employee of the month Osceola Clerk’s Office August Employee of the Month is Daniel Saenz. Saenz has been employed with the clerk’s office since 2002, finding his latest challenge in the recording department at the front counter. According to a press release, he is dependable, hard-working, conscientious and always willing to lend a helping hand. His positive attitude and sense of humor builds teamwork and loyalty among his co-workers.
