School students show art Around Osceola Wednesday, 18 August 2010 00:00 Denn John Middle School and Kissimmee Elementary School currently have art pieces created in their art classes on display at Gallery One Artists, 101 Dakin Ave., Kissimmee. The project, a first for both the gallery and Osceola County School District, was developed to encourage young aspiring artists to pursue their love of the arts. The students were invited to Gallery One’s monthly artist reception, where they were able to show their art pieces to an audience. Proceeds of the art show will be used to fund future school and district art projects.
