Center.  After moving to Central Florida in 1971, Fran owned and operated two mobile home parks:  Barton Lake Mobile Home Court on Narcoossee Road and, most recently, Barlow Manor Mobile Court on Brown Chapel Road. Fran was known for her friendly out- going personality: she loved life, family and friends, and she had been a volunteer Pink Lady at St. Cloud Hospital for many years. She was an accomplished baker and cook and she was the happiest in her kitchen. She will always be lovingly remembered as “Aunt Fran.”
Beside her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, George Robert Mowrey, and her sister, Dolores M. Rozsas, and her devoted step-mother, Mazie (Hand) Mowrey. She is survived by her sister, Joan M. Mount of Winter Haven and Joan’s children, nieces Debra M. McCrohan of Hamilton, N.J., Brenda M. Kahley of Key West, FL, and nephew Nelson (Butchie) Mount, Jr. of Windsor, NJ, all of whom she dearly loved. Fran had an especially close relationship with her second cousin, Robert J. (Robbie) Miller, Bunnell, FL, formerly of Kissimmee, FL.
Family extends their appreciation for the loving care provided by Plantation Bay Rehab. and Vitas Hospice.
Interment will be at Oddfellows Cemetery in Shamokin, Pennsylvania. Fisk Funeral Home of St. Cloud and Farrows Funeral Home of Shamokin are in charge of arrangements. 407-892-2155. www.fiskfh.com
