Outdoors camp
The city of Kissimmee Parks and Recreation and Kissimmee Outdoors are holding an Outdoor Adventure Camp Monday through Friday.
The camp includes canoeing, hiking and guided paddle trips.

Kissimmee softball
The city of Kissimmee Parks and Recreation Department is holding registration for the fall softball leagues weekdays from noon to 6 p.m. at the Fortune Road Athletic Complex, 2500 Fortune Rd., Kissimmee. For more information, call 407-518-2504.

Adult basketball league
The city of Kissimmee Athletics Division will offer an adult basketball league Sept. 30-Nov. 18. Registration will be accepted beginning on Monday, Aug. 30. The deadline is Sept 17. 
Athletes must be at least 18. Teams can consist of a maximum of 12 people. Players can register Monday – Friday from noon-6 p.m. at the Fortune Road Athletic Complex, 2500 Fortune Road in Kissimmee.
The fee is $385 per team for this seven game season, including a single elimination tournament for the top four teams. Individual and team awards will be presented to the top players.  This league is designed for players with average skills. 
The league games will take place on Thursdays from 7-10 p.m. at Denn John Middle School Gym.
